Culinary School for Portland Residents too!

Since our beautiful campus is right across the river we consider ourselves to be the finest cooking, chef & culinary school in Portland – and our students agree!  We architect our class schedules to keep our students out of rush hour traffic – which keeps the travel aspect much easier to deal with for our Portland chef school students. We are well situated for Portland and Vancouver since we are close to I-5 and Highway 14.

    Tour of Italy -
    This year we've decided to get a little rustic and feed our soul. One little difference, were doing it the old way. Everything will be made from scratch and nothing packaged. Your child will have the opportunity to learn and build confidence while in a fun environment filled with new friends and food. We'll be making Pasta, Italian Sausage, Focaccia, Pizza, Desserts, Stromboli, Sauces, and much more from scratch just like Nonna used to make it!

    July 9-13 9am-2pm
