About Northwest Culinary Institute
Northwest Culinary Institute is a Division of International Air and Hospitality Academy International Air and Hospitality Academy’s main campus and corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Washington, just 12 minutes from Portland International Airport. The culinary school is within a 15,000 square-foot facility, which accommodates up to 20 new students per quarter.
The Northwest Culinary Institute campus is located within the beautiful, 366-acre Vancouver National Historic Reserve.
At this top Culinary Arts school, Culinary Arts courses are taught in a fully equipped culinary kitchen in the Mess Hall Building. This facility has been designed to accommodate up to 25 new students each quarter with a maximum enrollment of 75 students. 
This building contains audio/visual equipment along with the necessary professional culinary equipment, such as ovens, convection ovens, a flat top, gas stove, charbroiler, tilting skillet, steam jacketed kettle, steam table and other kitchen equipment.
