Facilities
Culinary courses are taught in a fully equipped kitchen in the Mess Hall Building. This facility has been designed to accommodate up to 60 new students each quarter with a maximum enrollment of 240 students. This building contains audio/visual equipment along with the necessary professional culinary equipment, such as ovens, convection ovens, a flat top, gas stove, charbroiler, tilting skillet, steam jacketed kettle, steam table and other kitchen equipment.
International Air and Hospitality Academy maintains working businesses at the Vancouver National Historic Reserve where students gain hands-on experience. Students in the Culinary Arts program will prepare meals in the academy's restaurant and will cater for private parties held at the event hall.
If you are coming from outside the local area, we own and operate a dormitory style housing facility. Click here for more details.
