Founded in 2004, Northwest Culinary Institute seeks to be the premier culinary school in the country. Our approach to culinary education is not like other culinary schools. NCI is taught be the accredited and certified executive chefs, many of whom have won prestigious awards such as chef of the year. Additionally, students spend most of everyday in the kitchen perfecting their craft.
NCI is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. The Accrediting Commission is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency under the provisions of Chapter 33, Title 38, US Code and subsequent legislation.
