Foods of Spain workshop
Recently, NCI welcomed staff from the Foods of Spain organization who spent the day teaching our students about the olive oils, ham, tapas, and wine of Spain. "The Foods of Spain team traveled all the way from their base in New York just to work with our students. Their exact words were they want to work with rising stars. I think that says a lot about our program, our students, and our instructors," says Cary Craig, director of communications at NCI.
